This service is perfect for those of you with naturally curly hair! We will often start with some dry cutting (so I can see it in its natural “default” mode). Then we wash, cut again and style naturally curly (with a diffuser or hooded dryer).
If you are naturally curly but are wanting to leave with a blow out/flat iron, you would want to book for a ‘custom hair cut’

This is an appropriate service to book if you’ve had a cut with me in the last 3/4 weeks. 
Maybe your bangs feel too long or your line up needs some love.

This is the option for you if the majority of your hair is being cut with clippers. While this service comes with a wash, generally speaking, these cuts do not require any styling.

This service starts with a wash and ends with some sort of hot iron style (flat iron or curling iron).

Highlights strategically placed at the crown and front of the hairline to bring dimension and brightness. The underside of the back of the head is left out.

Does your hair need a moisture re-charge? Get a professional strength hair mask applied to bring it back to life. You can do it as an add on to another service such as a color or highlight (by booking a deep conditioning treatment from the add on list) or you can book it on its own (it comes with a cut and style).

Highlights are placed in every quadrant of the head for a more radiant transformation. Highlight services offer dimension, movement and fullness.

This is if you are coloring your roots, refreshing your ends to match the color you currently are, or going some sort of slight variation of your color (a little warmer, darker, or ashier).

A highlighting technique where lifting powder is painted on to make soft, blended highlights and creates a more natural line at the root area.

*balayage/ombre is just slightly different in that most of the ends are lightened, creating a gradient effect that can be subtle or drastic.

Do you want rainbow hair or perhaps purple peek-a-boos or pink ends? These processes usually require a few steps and techniques. In order to ensure I book enough time to make your vision a reality a consultation is required prior to booking this service

Unfortunately I am not taking any new relaxer clients at this time (unless it’s for an ultra-smooth appointment) but if you get regular touch ups with me, this is for you.

A ”mini keratin” that gives the hair a softer, smoother, silkier texture. This service will reduce frizz and repel humidity. It will only slightly loosen curl pattern but will offer the same conditioning affect as the full. The express treatment books for an hour and forty five mins and lasts for 6-12 weeks (again, depending on aftercare factors).

A full keratin treatment will remove 95% of frizz and drastically loosen curl pattern while speeding up drying time.

Keratin is a protein that penetrates the hair structure and then is sealed in the cortex to repair past damage and prevent future damage. The service can anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the amount and length of hair. The results can last 3-6 months; effectiveness and longevity of this service depend on how a client follows aftercare and maintenance directions. (often seasonal factors and weather can affect the treatment, hair growth rate obviously matters but also differs per person. Other factors such as product usage, amount of hair washing done a week, whether or not hair is in contact with chlorine or hard water etc…)

*A keratin can be done on top of a relaxer (a service called “an ultra smooth”) for even straighter results.

Best of both worlds-straightening power of a relaxer with the conditioning and smoothing results of a keratin.

When highlighting hair, you are actually removing color from the hair shaft. That process goes through multiple phases, each phase leaves behind certain tonal values (red to orange, orange to yellow, yellow to pale yellow). Bleach only lifts so many levels so often multiple lifting sessions are needed to achieve the desired level. However sometimes the level of lightness is achieved but you would like the highlights to be warmer or cooler. If that’s the case we can add a toner to your service (its applied at the shampoo bowl once the highlights have been washed out and then processes there before being washed again).
